Dear Subodh,
I hope my letter finds you in good health and cheer. I spoke to Mummy yesterday and she told me that your holidays have come to an end and you are now back in the hostel. How were your holidays?
I believe your grades have not been upto the mark this year. Subodh, do not take this setback lightly. Learn a lesson and focus on your studies. Like you need to know your destination whenever you undertake a journey similarly you must have a goal in your life to concentrate your efforts and work hard to achieve it. Whatever you want to be in life-be it a doctor, an engineer, a software professional you have to remain focused and persistent in your hard work.
How are all your friends at the hostel? I am fine though long working hours at the office do not allow me to be able to talk to you on phone everyday but remember that my blessings are always with you.
