We can distinguish between the three mirrors by looking into them.
The image formed by the convex mirror will be erect and diminished in size.
The image formed by the concave mirror will be enlarged and erect if it is placed very close to the face.
The image formed by the plane mirror is laterally inverted and of the same size as the object.
