The correct option is B 3 N
The block is not moving. So force F will be equal and opposite of normal reaction force(N) of the wall such that total net force in the horizontal direction is zero. Also weight of the block will be equal and opposite to the frictional force such that net vertical force will be zero. So frictional force f is 3 N.
