Each pack of cards costs $5


Let the number of baseball cards we can buy is=x

As given we must have at least $10 left after shopping

Step 2 : Solve the inequality

According to given condition in question the inequality is:
5x+1030

5x3010 [ Subtract 10 from both sides ]
5x20
x205 [ Divide by5both sides ]
x4


Hence, we can buy at least 4 packs of baseball cards
