No, it is not possible to dissolve more sugar to a saturated solution at room temperature. A solution in which no more solute can be dissolved in a definite amount of solvent at a given temperature is called a saturated solution. In order to dissolve more sugar to this solution, rise the tempreature of the solution. Solubility increases with increase in temperature.
