Total floor area = $4\times 25m^2=100m^2=10m\times 10m$

$=(10\times 100)cm\times (10\times 100)cm$

$=10,00,000c{m}^2$

Price for $100c{m}^2$ = Rs. 5

Price for $1c{m}^2=Rs.\left(\frac{5}{100}\right)$

Price for $10,00,000c{m}^2=Rs.\left[\frac{(5\times 10,00,000)}{100}\right]$ = Rs. 50,000 only!
