As we know ,1 hour=60 minute

= Distance left to reach Golu’s house / Time left

=$\frac{9-6}{60-45}$

= $\frac{3}{{\displaystyle 15}}$

but $15$ minute $=$$\frac{1}{4}$hour

$$\begin{gathered} =\frac{3}{{\displaystyle \frac{1}{4}}} \\ =\frac{3\times 4}{1} \\ =\mathbf{12} \end{gathered}$$

Hence,The speed with which Bholu covered the second part of the journey is $12$km/h
