Solution

Milk is not pasteurized:

  1. When milk is stored at a specific temperature for an extended period of time, microorganisms begin to proliferate, resulting in the most deadly and lethal food.
  2. Salmonella, E. coli, and other pathogenic bacteria can be found in raw milk, which cause foodborne diseases, sometimes known as food poisoning.
  3. These bacteria can be harmful to the health of anyone who drinks raw milk or raw milk products.

Pasteurized milk:

  1. Pasteurization is the process of heating food to temperatures of 100° C or less.
  2. This procedure deactivates enzymes and organisms such as bacteria, which increases the risk of sickness and causes food spoiling.
  3. Milk is pasteurized because it might function as a substrate for microbial development.
  4. Pasteurization eliminates these germs and inhibits the development of microbial growth on any product.
  5. The milk is exposed to high temperatures for a brief amount of time before cooling, extending its shelf life.
