Let the inner radius of the circular track is$r$.

Circumference of inner track is $440cm.$

$$\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow 2\pi r=440 \\ \Rightarrow r=\frac{440\times 7}{2\times 22} \\ \Rightarrow r=70m. \end{gathered}$$

So, radius of outer circular track $=(70+14)m=84m$

Diameter of the outer circle of the track $=2x84=168m$

Hence, diameter of the outer circle is $168cm$
