Define square and triangle numbers.

Triangular numbers are the ones that form a triangular dot pattern such as 1,3,6,10,and15 are triangular numbers as shown below:

A square number is also known as the perfect square is an integer that is the square of an integer i.e, it is the product of an integer with itself.

Example :

2×2=22=43×3=32=9

Thus, 1,4,9,16... are all square numbers

Hence, Triangle numbers are the ones that give a triangular pattern and square numbers are the ones that are perfect squares and result by the multiplication of an integer with itself.
