3. This demonstrates positive chemotropism.

iv) Hydrotropism:

1. Hydrotropism is the movement of plants in response to water.
2. The roots of the plant grow in the presence of water.

v) Thigmotropism:

1. Thigmotropism is the reflex movement or action of a plant in response to touch.
