  1. Green plants provide food and energy to all living organisms.
  2. If green plants disappear, there will be a scarcity of food in living organisms.
  3. Herbivores animals will die as green plants are the only source of energy for them.
  4. Gradually, if the food for a maximum of the living organisms is not present it will lead to the extinction of life on the earth's surface.
  5. The whole ecology is based on the food web, the absence of green plants will affect all living beings in one or the otherway.
