Yoga, which originated in ancient India, is a collection of spiritual, physical and mental practises. The term Yoga’s literal sense is union. Physical workouts, poses, meditation, breathing exercises and techniques are associated with yoga. The word itself implies ‘yog’ or union of the physical with the spiritual within oneself.

It also represents the union with that of the Collective Consciousness of individual consciousness, indicating a complete harmony among mind and body, human and nature.
