  1. Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness.
  2. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat.
  3. Due to the surge of hormones during anxiety, the blood pressure increases temporarily.
  4. This causes the heart to beat faster increasing blood pressure.
  5. High blood pressure is a condition in which the force of blood against the artery wall is too high. Blood pressure above 140/90mmHg is considered high blood pressure.
  6. Normal bp is considered between 90/60 - 120/80mmHg
