Heart attack:

Symptoms of heart attack:

  2. Upper Body Pain: People may experience pain or discomfort in their arms, neck, back, stomach, or jaw.
  3. Sweating: Unusual sweating can occur in people as a symptom of pain and discomfort.
  4. Nausea or lightheadedness: As one of the heart attack symptoms, many people experience nausea or lightheadedness. People may feel extremely tired and unable to perform normal activities or chores.
  5. Breathing Difficulties: People may experience difficulty breathing due to chest discomfort and a lack of oxygen reaching the essential tissues.

If the above-mentioned symptoms do not occur then your heart is healthy.
