Open in App
Solution

Heterogametic males:

  1. Human male gamete: XY.
  2. Human female gamete: XX.
  3. In humans, the male produces gametes that have two types of sex chromosomes i.e. X and Y whereas human females produce gametes of one type of sex chromosome i.e. X. Because of the produced game male gamete is referred to as heterogametic or heteromorphic whereas female gamete is referred as homogametic or homomorphic.
