In acidic medium,
MnO4Mn+2

It will oxidise the only oxalate (C2O24) as ferric is already in highest oxidised state.

The reaction is as follows:

Fe2(C2O4)32Fe3++3C2O24

At the equivalent point, both reactant have the same number of equivalents.

So, one mole of MnO4 will oxidise 56 mole of ferric oxalate.
