Solution

Dear student,
Root tips are responsible for the primary growth of root due to meristematic tissue present at the tip. When root tips are cut down then lateral branching of root occurs. Root tip consist of root cap which promotes the penetration of root deep into the soil. So, rose plant without root tip will grow and will not die.
