By conservation of linear momentum ,
1×u1+2×u2=1×v1+2×v2
u1=12m/s,u2=14m/s
v1+2v2=16
Coefficient of restitution e=23
e=v2v1u2u1=23
3v13v2=52
Solving these equations,
v1=569,v2=1009
Loss of kinetic energy
δK=12[u21+2u22v212v22]=125J
