Required surface area $=2(lb+bh+hl)-4\times 3.5$

$=2(4\times 3.5+3.5\times 3+4\times 3)-4\times 3.5$

$=2(14+10.5+12)-14$

$=73-14=59m^2$

Amount $=59\times 100$

$=Rs.5900$
