The correct option is C 3.14m
After half round the body will be on the opposite side of the circle, so displacement in this case is equal to it's diameter ,which is $2 m .$ But distance travel is equal to the half of circumference of the circle which is equal to $\frac{π d}{2} = \frac{3.14 \times 2}{2} = 3.14 m$
Hence,
option $C$ is correct answer.
