According to gauss law ;
the net flux through any closed surface is equal to the net charge. then according to the given situation the capacitor is closed inside a sphere. As we know that the capacitor is made up of two parallel plates of equal and opposite charges the net charge on a capacitor is zero. hence net flux through a closed surface is zero.


so option D is correct.
