The correct option is B C1VC1+C2
The chaege on capacitor of capacity C1=C1V
and we know that charge is conserved therefore we can say that total charge of both the capacitors after connecting them will also =C1V
we can write that C1Vf+C2Vf=C1V
Vf=C1VC1+C2 (here , Vf= final potential difference accross the capacitors)
