The correct option is B $40$ % and $- 33^{o} C$
$η_{c a r n o t} = 1 - \frac{W}{Q_{1}}$
$W = Q_{1} - Q_{2}$
$η_{c a r n o t} = 0.4 = 40$ %

Also,
$η_{c a r n o t} = 1 - \frac{T_{2}}{T_{1}}$
$∴ T_{2} = 240 K = - 33^{o} C$
