$\alpha =\frac{R_T-R_{T0}}{R_{T0}(T-T_0)}$

$0.0043=\frac{R_T-2.43}{2.43(60-50)}$

$R_T=\left(\frac{0.0043}{60-50}\right)+2.43$

$\therefore R_T=2.53\Omega$
