$R_{0} = 10 Ω T_{i} = 0^{\circ} C T_{f} = 100^{\circ} C α = 0.004 /^{\circ} C$

$R_{1} = R_{0} (1 + α t)$
$= 10 (1 + 0.004 \times 100)$
$= 14 Ω$
