Volume of cuboid = lbh = (24 cm)(16 cm) (12 cm) = 4,608 $c m^{3}$
Volume of cube $= a^{3} = (8 c m^{3}) = 512 c m^{3}$
Thus, number of cubes = $\frac{Volume of cuboid}{Volume of cube}$
$= \frac{4, 608 c m^{3}}{512 c m^{3}}$
