The correct option is D $E_{A} = E_{C} > E_{B}$
Inside a dielectric, due to polarization, the field will decrease. The effect of dielectric is only inside itself. It has no effect on the field outside of it. So, $E_{A} = E_{C} > E_{B}$ .
