The correct option is C 7
Let the numerator of the fraction be x and the denominator be y.

Then by the first condition,
x+1y+1=2
x+1=2y+2
x=2y+1 ..........(i)

And by the second condition,

x1y1=3
x1=3y3
x=3y2 .......(ii)

Comparing (i) & (ii), we get

2y+1=3y2

y=3

So, x=3y2 =3×32=7

x=7
