Since, the man losses $20\%$ of his money, therefore,

Percentage of amount of money left with him $=100\%-20\%=80\%$

Hence, amount of money left with him $80\%$ of $100$ units $=\frac{80}{100}\times 100=80$ units

Amount spend of the remaining money $=25\%$ of $80$ $=\frac{25}{100}\times 80=20$ units

Hence, final amount of money left with him $=80-20=60$ units

Now, according to the question,

$60$ units $=Rs.480$

$\therefore 1$ unit $=Rs.\frac{480}{60}=Rs.8$

Hence, $100$ units $=Rs.8\times 100=Rs.800$
