Total CP $=3000+3000=Rs.6000$

SP of I = $\frac{(100+20)}{100}\times 3000=Rs.3600$
SP of II = $\frac{(100-20)}{100}\times 3000=Rs.2400$
Total of SP $=Rs.3600+Rs.2400=Rs.6000$

$\therefore$ no profit, no loss
