So what is the minimum value of the property that the man needs to have if the value of his friend's properties A and B are Rs 2000 and Rs 4000 respectively. [4 MARKS]

Given that,

The value of the property will be greater than the multiplication of cube and square of his friends A and B

A's property = Rs 2000

$\Rightarrow$ cube of A's property $={2000}^3$

B's property = Rs 4000

$\Rightarrow$ Square of B's property $={4000}^2$

The minimum value that man should have $={2000}^3\times {4000}^2$

$=32\times {10}^6$
