A man says that squaring the value of the property will be still greater than the multiplication of cube and square of his other two friend's properties A and B. So what is the minimum value of the property that the man needs to have if the value of his friend's properties A and B are Rs 2000 and Rs 4000 respectively. [4 MARKS]

Given that,

The value of the property will be greater than the multiplication of cube and square of his friends A and B

A's property = Rs 2000

cube of A's property =20003

B's property = Rs 4000

Square of B's property =40002


The minimum value that man should have =20003×40002

=32×106
