Let Meq of NaOH=x and Meq of Na2CO3=y
Meq of NaOH+12Meq Na2CO3=Meq HCl

x+y2=0.5×21=10.5 ----- (1)

MeqNa2CO32= Meq HCl

y2=0.5×7

y=7

Now Na2CO31062×1000=y

Na2CO3=0.371
