Initial velocity $=v_1=5m/s$ seast wards.

then after time $t=10$ sec

towards east $=5m/s$

$v_2=5m/s$ north wards.

towards east $=5m/s$

$V$ resultant $=\sqrt{v_1^2+v_2^2}$
