$A = 10 c m^{2}$
$D e n s i t y = \frac{M a s s}{V o l u m e}$
$\Rightarrow 7.6 = \frac{m}{10 \times 14}$
$\Rightarrow m = 1064 g = 1.064 k g$
$W e i g h t = m g = 1.064 \times 10 = 10.64 N$
Spring balance measures weight and its reading will be $10.64 N$
