Let initial temperature in celcius scale be Tci
Let final temperature in celcius scale be Tcf
Let initial temperature in kelvin scale be Tki
Let final temperature in kelvin scale be Tkf

Temperature in Kelvin scale = Temperature in degree celsius + 273.

Tci=Tki+273
Tcf=Tkf+273
