The correct option is B Rs.(7590)


The total surface area of the tent:

T=2πrh1+πrl

Where π=227;r=2.1 m

h1=height of the cylinder=4 m

h2=height of the cone=2.8 m

l=slant height of the cone=(2.8)2+(2.1)2
=7.84+4.41
=12.25
l=3.5 m

So, T=(2×227×2.1×4+227×2.1×3.5) m2
=2×3.142×8.4+3.142×2.1×3.5
=75.9m2

Therefore the cost of canvas for making the tent at ₹ 100 per sq meter =75.9×100=7590.
