Solution

The correct option is B 80kgm2/s
L1= angular momentum 2kgm2/s
L = final angular momentum = ?
= torque applied on wheel = 20 Nm

according to impulse -change in angular momentum equation

Torque x time interval = change in angular momentum

Using the equation

t = (L - L)

inserting the values in the above equation

20(4)=(L2-L1)
80=L2-2
L2=80kgm2/s
