It is given that, total pressure of water vapor and nitrogen is

PN2+PH2O=1atm

PH2O=0.4atm

so,

PN2=0.6atm

P1V1=P2V2

0.6×V1=P2V13

PN2=2.1atm

PH2O=0.4atm

PT=2.5atm
