Volume of water = Volume of tank

Given: Length = 55 m, Width= 25 m

Depth = 8 m

Half filled height=depth2

height=82

height=4 m

Volume V=length×width×height

Volume V=55×25×4=5500 cubic metre

1 cubic metre = 1000 litres

5500 cubic metres= 5500×1000 litres=55,00,000 litres
