Given,
Angular speed of wheel at t=0
ω0=600 rpm
=600×2π60 rad/s=20π rad/s
Angular speed of wheel at t=10 s
ω=0 (brought to rest)

From eqn. ω=ω0+αt
0=20π+α×10
α=2π rad/s2
Angular speed of the wheel after 5 seconds will be
ω=ω0+αt
=20π+(2π)×5
=10π rad/s
So, n=10
