The correct option is A Rs. $2(x+40)$ and $22$ hrs

If the worker worked overtime for $x$ hours, then he did normal work for $40-x$ hours.
His pay for the week $=Rs2(40-x)+4x=Rs2(40+x)$
Given, $2(40+x)=116$
$=>40+x=58$
$=>x=18$
This means, he did normal work for $40-18=22$ hours
