V=V0[1+t273]

For t=273

V=V0[1+(273)273]

V=V0[1273273]

V=0

The volume of any gas at 273 is zero. Below this temperature, the volume will be negative which is not possible.
Hence according to Charle's law, the lowest possible temperature is 273.

Therefore, the required answer is 273.
