The correct option is D 1 year
Let x be the age of sister Julie
x+5= age of Elisa---(1)
So, product of their age =x(x+5)=6
x2+5x6=0
On factoring, we get,
(x1)(x+6)=0
x1=0,x+6=0
x=1 or x=6
So, the age of Julie is 1 year.
