The correct option is D Zero
The current is maximum, when the coil is horizontal. At this position the magnetic flux through the coil is zero.

Alternative Solution :

Suppose, at any instant, the flux is ϕ=BAcosωt

So, induced emf, E=BAωsinωt

Hence, induced current, i=BAωRsinωt

For maximum current, ωt=π/2 which gives maximum value of sinωt=1.

For ωt=π/2, magnetic flux,

ϕ=BAcosωt=0
