Where,
KB is Boltzmann constant
N is the number of moles
K is kinetic energy

So kinetic energy is directly proportional to the number of moles

16 grams oxygen contain 1/2 mole of O2
and 16 grams of SO2 contain 1/4 mole of SO2
KO2=kinetic energy of O2
KSO2=kinetic energy of|KSO2

Thus, at constant temperature

KO2KSO2=number ofmoles ofO2number of moles of SO2
