Area of rectangle $HCDI=25\times 3.4=85{\text{m}}^2$.

Area of a ring $ABCHG=\frac{\pi }{2}(R^2-r^2)$

$=\frac{22}{7\times 2}\left[\right(9.55{)}^2-\left(6.15{)}^2\right]$

$=83.88{\text{m}}^2$

Area of ring $DEFJI=\frac{\pi }{2}(R^2-r^2)$

$=\frac{22}{7\times 2}\left[\right(9.22{)}^2-\left(6.15{)}^2\right]$

$=83.88{\text{m}}^2$

$\text{Area of shaded region}=85+85+2\times 83.88$
