Chemically, salts are the products of neutralisation reactions between acids and bases. These are classified as normal, acidic or basic salts depending upon the extent of neutralisation whether complete or incomplete.
Generally salts can be synthesised in the laboratory as well as prepared commercially. However, many of these exist in nature e.g. Gypsum. Rock salt or sodium chloride (NaCl), Dolomite , Bauxite etc. What is the difference between baking Soda and baking powder?
The difference between baking Soda and baking powder is;
