Take 5 kg of first variety
and 2kg of 2nd variety

toatal = 5+2 =7kg

cost of the 7kg mixture =5250+275
=1250 + 150
= 1400 /-

the cost of 1kg of mixture coffee = 1400/7 =200 /-
sp= 235/-

selling price is greater than the cost price

gain /kg = 235-200 = 35

gain % = 35/200 *100 = 17.5%

thus % gain in 17.5%
