Define the following statemnt if there were only one electrically charged particle in the entire universe , the concept of electric charge would be meaningless

Dear student,
If only one charge exists in universe the concept of electric charge is meaningless because the charge wouldn't feel any effect such as attraction on itself.Since atoms are bounded by electrons and protons so atoms would not exist because of single charged particle so as the non-livings things.If a single charge exists in nature the possibility of life would be negligible.
